Our tomato base is perfectly balanced with, brown sugar, dark malt extract and Worcestershire sauce which provides a smooth, deep upfront flavor followed by a hint of bourbon and the bite of sparingly used ghost peppers. This sauce is great for grilled, smoked or slow roasted meats, pulled pork and shredded or jerk chicken.
