Brooks’ Oneonta 51 Chicken Sauce. Although developed as (and famous for!) a baste for split chicken fryers, Brooks’ Chicken Sauce has other applications as well. Along with being an excellent mop sauce for chicken and other poultry products it is also a great marinade for chicken and game meats. Oil and apple cider vinegar base with hints of sage, thyme, and pepper.
